How do I contact Orvele?
Email our customer service team at info@orvele.com. Include your order number if your question is about an order, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes 9-13 days from the day you order. All orders ship internationally from our fulfillment center in Asia, and we ship worldwide. Allow a little extra time during holidays and sales.
When does my order ship?
We process orders Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days, and your order ships the day after it's processed. We don't ship on weekends.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
No. You won't pay any import duties or customs fees when your order arrives. Any sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Our hydrocolloid rolls are HSA/FSA eligible. If you're not sure what your plan covers, check with your plan provider before you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email info@orvele.com with your order number and tell us what you'd like to change. After that, your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after it ships, you're eligible for a full refund. Email info@orvele.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Returns & refunds
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, every order comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 30 days of delivery, even after trying it, send the item back and we'll refund you. You can read the full terms in our refund policy.
How do I start a return?
Start a return here, or email info@orvele.com with your order number. Then send the item back to us. Return shipping: if you added free returns coverage to your order at checkout, your return label is free. Otherwise, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
Submit a return with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will take it from there. You can also email the same details to info@orvele.com.
Subscriptions
How does the Orvele subscription work?
Subscribe and save: every roll can be delivered every 4 weeks at 10% off (20% off the adult molluscum roll). The subscription box is ticked when you open a product page, so if you'd prefer a one-time order, untick it before you add the roll to your cart. Your subscription renews every 4 weeks at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel, and you're charged on each renewal date.
How do I cancel my Orvele subscription?
You can skip or cancel anytime before your next renewal. Log in to your account (or use the link in your subscription emails), open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. You can also email us at info@orvele.com and we'll cancel it for you.
Using the hydrocolloid roll
How do I use a hydrocolloid roll?
Cut a piece to the size you need and apply it to clean, dry skin. The hydrocolloid covers the spot and creates a protective barrier over it while it absorbs fluid. Leave it on for the recommended time, then remove it and apply a fresh piece if needed. Our salicylic acid cotton pads are made to prep your skin for cleaner hydrocolloid application.
Can I cut the hydrocolloid tape to size?
Yes, that's what the roll is for. Cut a small piece for a single bump or a larger one to cover a cluster, so you're not stuck with pre-cut sizes that don't fit. It's comfortable under clothing.
How long should I leave a hydrocolloid patch on?
On the hydrocolloid roll for molluscum, wear each piece for 8-10 hours, and overnight is ideal. Remove it when it turns white or opaque, and reapply if needed. On the hydrocolloid roll for acne, wear each piece for 6-7 hours, with overnight being ideal.
Can I use hydrocolloid patches for molluscum?
Yes. Our molluscum patches come on a roll of professional-grade hydrocolloid that covers each bump, creates a protective barrier and helps prevent picking and scratching. The hydrocolloid has tea tree oil and salicylic acid included in its formula. If you can't keep up with covering them all, the roll lets you cut a piece for every bump. Adults can use the adult molluscum roll.
Is the hydrocolloid roll gentle on sensitive skin?
It's gentle on sensitive, oily and dry skin. If your skin is sensitive, try a small piece first.
Is a hydrocolloid roll the same as pimple patches?
It's the same idea in a more flexible format. Most hydrocolloid pimple patches come as pre-cut dots, while our roll is hydrocolloid tape you cut yourself, so one piece can cover a single pimple or a whole area. It's made from professional-grade hydrocolloid, and overnight wear is ideal.
